Certificari Agile 2021

Personal Agility System today? The Scrum values are at the heart of Scrum: Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect and Courage. Without these values, Scrum will not come to life. The reason why many teams are not showing this behaviour is because they are situated in an often political environment where these values are missing. You cannot expect a Scrum team to act according these values if you do not set the right example yourself. As a leader you need to create a safe environment where these values can flourish and where you continuously set the right example. To give the right example, leaders should play an active part in an Agile transformation (monitoring, guiding and regular evaluations).

Starmark, one of the leading digital marketing agencies in South Florida for many years, went fully agile. They use this methodology as the way to run their business and service their clients. Brett Circe, chief digital officer at Starmark, led the transformation, which was featured in the Wall Street Journal. One of our core values here at BizHack is to learn by doing. A case study is a great example of this core value to understand in real detail how to apply this manufacturing and software mindset, approach and methodology in the marketing world and how you can use that to more effectively market your business.

When we think of agility we often think of being able to move and think quickly and easily. This is often exactly what is expected of us in our jobs. New systems, new technologies, and just new ways of doing things keep businesses competitive in the market. In fact, 61% of organizations experience three or more major changes every year. This constant state of change requires employees to keep up. Employees have to be able to learn about these changes and implement them at a faster pace. All this change requires agility, and to be able to support learning agility, companies need to start creating an agile learning culture. If you already have an active learning culture established and are ready to adjust to change, then you are in the minority. Only 17% of companies consider themselves highly effective at managing change. And only 30% have change and learning teams to support employees through the change process. For you, creating an agile learning culture may not be much of a problem. You probably already do some of the things listed below. But if you have no learning culture, then it might be a little more difficult. Hopefully, these tips will help get you started. See extra information at Personal Agility System.

There can be other meetings for the day or within the week. Keep the flagging of problems restricted to the 15 minute time box and the solutions to the 16th minute or other meetings. When the team sees the need to talk more, this is just part of their self-management. The little bits of motivation and rewards through appreciation during Daily Scrum when everyone is there can boost everyone’s morale. It makes the other members realize they can depend on each other and gives recognition to the person who tries to help out.

In Scrum, teams are self-managed. However, it doesn’t mean they can manage themselves perfectly well without a Scrum Master. Hiring a skilled and experienced Scrum Master is essential for building a productive workflow of a Scrum team. But why? What does a Scrum Master do? In a nutshell, the Scrum Master makes sure that a development team sticks to Scrum, its principles, and practices. The Scrum Master manages the team’s workflow: organizes daily stand-up meetings and retrospectives;coaches the team members and removes impediments. Apart from these tasks, the Scrum Master also collaborates with the Product Owner and helps with product backlog management. Yet, the Scrum Master mustn’t become a boss who gives orders. Scrum teams should remain self-managed and the Scrum Master can interfere and make decisions only if team members can’t agree upon an issue. A skilled Scrum Master will help your development team be focused, productive, and capable of fulfilling the most challenging projects. See even more information on https://agileeducation.ro/.
